摘要:以γ-A12O3为载体,采用液固反应法制备了固载AlCl3催化剂;通过测定不同固载时间下固载到载体上的氯含量和尾气吸收液中的氯含量,确定了固载AlCl3催化剂的固载结构及其含量;以1-癸烯齐聚为探针反应,考察了固载时间对固载AlCl3催化剂上1-癸烯转化率的影响。实验结果表明,固载AlCl3催化剂的固载结构包括Al2O3—O—AlCl2和(Al2O3—O)2—AlCl两种;在固载反应初期,—AlCl2固载量随固载时间的延长而迅速增加,12h后,—AlCl2固载量开始降低,—AlCl固载量逐渐增加;—AlCl2固载量越高,固载AlCl3催化剂催化1-癸烯齐聚反应的活性越好。固载时间为12h时,固载AlCl3催化剂中—AlCl2固载量达到最大值(质量分数为10.34%),1-癸烯的转化率为63.7%。
Immobilized AlCl3 catalyst with T-AI203 as support was prepared through liquid-solid reaction. The structure and composition of the immobilized A1C13 catalyst were determined through measuring the amounts of immobilized chlorine ions on the support and absorbed ones in the tail gas absorption liquid at different immobilizing times. Effect of the immobilizing time on conversion of 1- decene in 1-decene oligomerization was studied. The results showed that the components of the immobilized AlCl3 catalyst included Al2O3--O--AlCl2 and (A1203--O)2--AlCl. The amount of --AlCl2 in immobilized AlCl3 catalyst increased with increase of immobilizing time during the initial period. After immobilizing time of 12 h, the amount of --AlCl2 decreased and the amount of --A1C1 increased with immobilizing time prolonging. The more amount of --AlCl2 in the immobilized AlCl3 catalyst, the higher the activity of the catalyst in the oligomerization. The immobilized --AlCl2 amount in the catalyst was the biggest 10.34% at immobilizing time of 12 h and conversion of 1-decene was 63.7%.
