摘要:建立了应用石英晶体微平衡法(QCM)测定高分子溶液汽液平衡数据的实验装置,该装置具有灵敏度高和平衡时间短的特点,并可实现数据的自动记录及处理。用该装置测定了甲苯-聚苯乙烯、苯-聚苯乙烯和环己烷-聚苯乙烯三个二元系在303.2K和313.2K时的汽液平衡数据。所得结果与文献值吻合。
A new experimental apparatus for the measurement of vapor liquid equil ibrium of polymer solution by Quartz Crystal Microbalance (QCM) method was established. It is sensitive in the measurement of solvent weight absorbed by polymer, and it will take shorter time to approaches the equilibrium. The vapor liquid equilibrium data for the systems of toluene/polystyrene benzene/polystyrene and cyclohexane/polystyrene at 303.15K and 313.15K have been determined by using this apparatus. A good agreement between experimental data in this work and literature values is obtained.
