摘要：在汶川灾后的社会重建中,本土化的社工机构功不可没。受中国扶贫基金会、中国社会工作协会的资助,汶川县大同社会工作服务中心在该县映秀镇黄家院村开展了社区生计发展项目。结合项目实践,可以从本体论、认识论、方法论和价值观等四大维度,建构整合性的脱贫行动理论分析框架,以探索农村社区灾后重建的社会工作介入模式,从而在实践上印证了整合性脱贫行动理论在灾后农村社区发展中具有较强解释力和适切性,这对于我国特大型灾后农村社区重建与生计发展,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。
The local organizations of social work play an indispensible role in the process of post-disaster social reconstruction of Wenchuan earthquake . Datong Social Work Service Center at Wenchuan County , funded by China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation and China Association of Social Workers , has been conducting a rural community livelihood development project in Huang village of this county . From the practice of this project , this paper constructs an integrated framework of getting rid of poverty action , including ontology , epistemology , methodology and values , in order to explore an intervention model for social work in the process of post-disaster rural community reconstruction . Furthermore , the reality has confirmed the strong explanatory power and application of this framework ,and proves its theoretical and practical values in response to the issues of community reconstruction and community livelihood development after suffering catastrophic natural disasters in China .
