摘要：建立了反相流动注射 分光光度测定水体中NO-2的方法,经过优化实验条件,得出此法线性范围0.002～0.3mg/L,检出限为0.5×10-3mg/L。用所建立的方法对自来水样品中亚硝酸盐氮进行测定,测定结果为0.113mg L,标准偏差为0.5×10-3,与我国国家标准法的测定结果一致。
A method was described for reversed phase flow injection spectrophotometric determination of trace nitrite in water. The linear range is 0.002 to 0.30 mg/L, nitrite nitrogcn with the detection limit of 0.0005 mg/L. This method has been applied to the determination of trace nitrite nitrogen in tap water. The results have been compared with those of the national standard method, indicating satisfactory precision and accuracy.
