摘要:NOVELTY - Extraction and separation of 1,3-propanediol comprises directly contacting fermenting solution comprising 1,3-propanediol with extracting agent into extracting tower to extract, recycling extracting agent, regenerating extracting agent and rectifying, separating and purifying 1,3-propanediol and side product 2,3-butanediol from fermenting solution. USE - Method for extracting and separating 1,3-propanediol (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple separation and purification process, short flow, and with extraction rate of greater than 92%, and purity of 1,3-propanediol of more than 99.5 wt.%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Extraction and separation of 1,3-propanediol comprises: (A) directly contacting fermenting solution comprising 1,3-propanediol and removed thallus with extracting agent into the extracting tower, rectifying raffinate phase under normal pressure in rectifying tower (1), recycling extracting agent on the tower top, and discharging the wastewater from the tower kettle; (B) rectifying extraction phase in rectifying tower (2), under 3-150 kPa and reflux ratio of 0.2-5, regenerating extracting agent from tower top, recycling, and fractioning 1,3-propanediol and side product 2,3-butanediol from tower kettle;and (C) rectifying tower kettle material in rectifying tower (3), under 1-70 kPa and reflux ratio of 0.3-4, discharging extracting agent of 2,3-butanediol product from the tower top and discharging the 1,3-propanediol product from the tower top, with extracting agent comprising 4-6C straight-chain fatty alcohol comprising branched chain or cyclic structure, and fermentation obtained by fermenting glycerol as substrate.
