摘要:提出了一种以2,3-二氯硝基苯为原料,经氟化、高温氯化、硝化、再氟化反应合成2,3,4-三氟硝基苯的新工艺路线。探索了各步反应的工艺条件,对其中的关键步骤氟化反应,使用相转移催化剂取得较好的效果,反应收率比溶剂法提高10%左右。实验表明,该合成路线具有原料成本低,反应条件缓和,操作方便等优点。
A method is given for synthesis of 2,3,4 trifluoronitrobenzene from 2,3 dichloronitrobenzene by fluorination, chlorination, nitration, etc. The suitable technological conditions were investigated for each steps. In order to increase the yield of fluorination which was the key step, some phase transfer catalysts were used and researched. The result showed that the yield of fluorination was increased about 10% more in phase transfer catalysts than in solvents. As compared with the other methods for preparing 2,3,4 trifluoronitrobenzene, this synthesis route has many advantages with respect to low costs, mild conditions, easy operations, etc. It has been proved that this is a new practical synthesis method in technology and economy.
