摘要：NOVELTY - The device has device main body provided with an extraction device. Four three-way valves that are respectively connected with three liquid storage tanks and a peristaltic pump. The fourth three-way valve is fixed with an expansion bed that is arranged with a chromatographic column. An upper part of the extracting device is connected with the third three-way valve through a pipeline. A bottom part of the expansion bed is fixed with two detectors. A counter-current chromatograph unit is provided with the latter detecting device that is connected with an automatic fraction collector. ADVANTAGE - The device has high degree of automation, and reduces extracting time and target component loss.
