摘要:This highlight summarizes the Pd-catalyzed Grignard-type reaction of a C-Pd bond with a C=O or CdropN bond. The Pd-catalyzed reactions between organic halides and C=O or CdropN bonds in the presence or absence of an alkene or alkyne were reviewed. In these intramolecular carbopalladation reactions of C=O or CdropN bonds the reacting carbon-palladium bonds were formed by the oxidative addition of C-X bond to Pd(0), the carbopalladation of an alkene or alkyne, or the nucleopalladation of an alkyne. Intermolecular reactions were observed with the C-Pd bond formed by the C-H activation of the aromatic ring and the nitrile group. The mechanism, in which the regeneration of the catalytically active species is the key step, was also briefly discussed.
