摘要：以＂工程文化与伦理和工程教育质量认证＂为主题的第三届全面工程教育国际学术研讨会（TEE2015）于2015年4月17~18日在华东理工大学召开。工程文化、工程伦理是全面工程教育的重要组成部分,也是实现＂让世界更美好＂愿景的重要基础,质量认证则是中国工程类学生走向世界的通行证。为此,研讨会围绕＂应树立怎样的工程伦理观＂、＂工程学与人文学科的相互融合＂、＂企业的责任关怀和工程伦理与文化＂、＂国际工程教育的实践与探索＂、＂国际工程教育认证及其新进展＂、＂中国工程教育认证的进程及反思＂等方面展开深入研讨。此外,本次会议首次提出并发布了＂工科毕业生誓言＂。
With the theme of engineering culture and ethics, and engineering education quality accreditation, the Third International Symposium on Total Engineering Education （TEE 2015） was hold in East Chi- na University of Science and Technology （ECUST） on April 17-18, 2015. Engineering culture and en- gineering ethics, as an indispensable part of Total Engineering Education, lay an important basis for the realization of ＂a better world＂, while the quality accreditation is the permission for Chinese engi- neering students to enter the world stage. Therefore, the following topics have been covered in the symposium： the kind of engineering ethics to be held, the integration of engineering science and hu- manities, the responsible care and engineering ethics and culture of enterprises, the worldwide prac- tice and exploration of engineering education, the accreditation and its new progress of international engineering education, and the course and reflection of engineering education accreditation in China. In addition, the symposium brought forward and released the Chinese Engineering Graduate Oath for the first time.
