摘要：高校的规模迅速扩大,招生数量不断增长,使得本来就呈现紧张状态的教学资源问题更加突出,并且多样化的学科建设对不同实验室的需求和高校住房资源短缺也让实验室的管理和建设难度越来越大。我院通过实施仪器设备共享、规划实验室规模建设、建立网络信息平台等措施,有效地缓解了用房紧张、资源闲置等难题,推动了跨学科实验室的改革,使实验室真正成为新世纪综合型人才的孵化基地。
The expansion of the university scale and recruitment has made the shortage of teaching re- sources become a more prominent problem. The diversity of discipline construction with different require- ments for laboratory and the housing shortage have made the laboratory management and construction more and more difficult. Implementation of instrument equipment sharing, designing the construction of laboratory scale, and construction of network platform, etc. can effectively alleviate the tension of hous- ing shortage and idle resources, which promotes the reform of resources integration in laboratory for mul- tiple subjects and making the laboratory the actual incubator for comprehensive talents in the new centu- ry.
