摘要:叙述了新设计的铺粉装置的工作原理。介绍了铺粉装置设计中的两点改进:铺粉刮刀的设计和落粉盒的设计。该铺粉装置将原有的两缸工作模式改为单缸工作模式,使用落粉盒进行粉末供给,从而减小设备体积,降低设备成本。已成功应用于实际制造。
Working principle of the new powder coating device is introduced in this paper,two points of improvements are discussed in the design of powder coating device: the design of the scraper and the dropping powder box. The powder coating device changes the original two-cylinder working mode to the single-cylinder working mode,and the powder supply is carried out by using the powder falling box. So it can reduce the volume of equipment and the cost of equipment. Now it has been successfully applied to the actual manufacturing.
