摘要:目的研究海单胞菌BSw10005发酵液中的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱法和Sephadex LH-20分离纯化,通过波谱法进行结构鉴定。结果从发酵液中分离得到6个化合物,鉴定其结构为对羟基苯甲醛(Ⅰ)、苯甲酸(Ⅱ)、吲哚-3-乙酸(Ⅲ)、吲哚-3-甲醛(Ⅳ)、吡咯-2-甲酸(Ⅴ)、环(脯氨酸-甘氨酸)二肽(Ⅵ)。结论以上各化合物均为首次从海单胞菌属中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents from Marinornonas sp. BSw10005. Methods Six compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20, and their structures were elucidated by means of spectral analysis. Results Their structures were identified as p-hydroxybenaldehyde ( Ⅰ ), benzoic acid ( Ⅱ ), indole-3-acetic acid ( Ⅲ), 3-indolealdehyde (Ⅳ), 2-pyrrolecarboxylic acid ( Ⅴ ), Cyclo (Pro-Gly) ( Ⅵ ). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from this genus for the first time.
