摘要：知识是企业赢得竞争优势的关键资源,而吸收能力则是影响组织知识获取的关键因素。通过实证研究考察了在与跨国公司合作过程中,影响本土企业吸收能力的因素,并提出了管理建议。
Knowledge is an important resource for firms to win competitive advantage and absorptive capability of firm is the key factor for its knowledge acquisition. The authors studied the factors which influence the local firm＇s absorptive capability during the interaction between the locals and multinational companies in China. Finally, the authors gave some managerial suggestions for improving absorptive capability of local firms.
