摘要:为了提高某钢厂2030冷轧新增连退机组平整机液压推上系统试车参数整定的安全可靠性,研究了系统动态分析虚拟试验平台。基于工程系统高级建模与仿真平台(advancde modeling environment for performingsimulations of engineering systems,简称AMEsim)建立了平整机推上系统液压数字模型,应用Matlab/Simulink对压靠过程的力伺服过程进行研究,验证了仿真模型的可用性,实现了对推上系统压靠过程中变油柱变增益动态工作特性的数值分析。试验结果表明,建立数学模型的响应与现场实测数据一致,为推上系统在变油柱高度下的控制参数整定提供了重要依据。基于AMEsim的液压模型具有边界参数设置合理,动态过程真实可信,分析结果有实际应用参考价值的特点。
The purpose of developing a virtual platform for system dynamic analysis is to improve the safe reliability of the hydraulic push-up system embedding in 2030 new cold rolling skinpass mill while adjusting parameters during test-drive.A mathematical model of hydraulic push-up system in skinpass mill is built based on AMEsim 8A,and the force servo state in the process of roller contact has been analyzed by Matlab/Simulink to verify the availability of this model.The numerical analysis on dynamic characteristics of variable gain in variable oil column in the process is completed then.Test results show that the response data of mathematical model coincides with actual measurements,which provides an important basis for adjusting control parameters in variable oil column in push-up system.The characteristics of the hydraulic model based on AMEsim include: reasonable boundary parameter settings,reliable dynamic process,practical simulation results.
