摘要：用仪器分析和化学分析配合,对进口环氧树脂灌封料进行了定性定量分析。经测定该灌封料组成为:双酚A环氧树脂(相当于国产E51)77.8%,CaCO_3 14.2%,Cr_2O_3颜料6.9%。本方法重复性好,切实可行。
Qualitative and quantitative analyses of epoxy resin pouring compound are made by instrumental and chemical analyses. It has been determined that the compositions of the pouring compound are: bisphenol A epoxy resin (equivalent to E51 made in China) 77.8%, CaCO_3 14.2%. Cr_2O_3 6.9%. This method is of good repeatability and is practical and useful.
