摘要:Nano-sized SiO2 particle-reinforced Ni-P composite coatings were prepared by electroless plating. The structural characteristics and phase transformation behavior of the Ni-P-SiO2 composite coating were studied. The X-ray diffraction patterns of Ni-P-SiO2 composite coatings are very similar to that of plain Ni-P coating, both in as plated and heat-treated conditions. The crystallization temperature of Ni-P-SiO2 composite coating is decreased. The activation energy of crystallization is lowered from 254.28 to 222.30 kJ/mol.
