摘要:以三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷为单体、硅醇钠为引发剂,通过负离子本体开环聚合制备了聚[甲基(3,3,3-三氟丙基)硅氧烷]。在反应时间为40 min、反应温度为120℃及引发剂质量分数为0.21%时所制备氟硅聚合物的相对分子质量最大,相对分子质量分布较窄,分别为4.57×105和1.39。傅里叶变换红外光谱和核磁共振分析表明,该产物是以硅氧键为主链、甲基和三氟丙基为侧基的线型聚合物。热分析结果表明该聚合物可以在较宽的温度范围内使用。
Poly[methyl(3,3,3-trifluoropropyl)siloxane](PMTFPS) was synthesized by anionic bulk ring-opening polymerization of 1,3,5-trifluoropropyl-trimethyl cyclotrisiloxane with sodium silanolate as an initiator.When the polymerization was performed for 40 min at 120 ℃ with 0.21%(mass fraction) initiator,PMTFPS with the maximal number average relative molecular mass of 4.57×105 and the distribution index of 1.39 was obtained.The polymer was confirmed to be linear,which consisted of the repeated unit with the main chain of Si—O and the pendant groups of —CF3CH2CH2 and —CH3 by the analysis of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.The thermal analysis of PMTFPS by differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis indicated that the prepared PMTFPS could be used in a wide range of temperatures.
