摘要：本文较系统地阐述了各类复合食品添加剂的性质、特性和应用意义，分析各类复合食品添加剂在我国的发展前景，综述了复合食品添加剂在我国的生产、应用现状及存在的一些问题，并阐述当前国外、我国及地方管理部门对复合食品添加剂的管理情况及应对措施的建议。
This paper gave a report about the characteristic and application of fourteen compound additives on food. The application current situation and prospect of compound additives were illustrated in China.
