摘要:NOVELTY - Simulated moving bed reactor comprises a reactor main body, an inlet and an outlet. One side wall of the reactor main body has 1-30 reactant inlets. A reaction inlet and first regeneration gas inlet are respectively set on the top and bottom parts of the reactor main body. The side wall of the reactor main body comprises 2-31 product outlets. The side wall of the first reactant inlet (5) is higher than the side wall of the reactant outlet (8). A first reactor and a second reactor are set in the moving bed reactor and are connected with the raw material gas entering into the system. USE - The simulated moving bed reactor is useful for producing propylene and ethylene by disproportionation reaction of butylene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The simulated moving bed reactor ensures continuous operation of chemical reaction and catalyst regeneration process in the same reactor main body without any influence; and is suitable for catalysts requiring frequent regeneration and continuous operation requiring mode. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Simulated moving bed reactor comprises a reactor main body, an inlet and an outlet. One side wall of the reactor main body has 1-30 reactant inlets. A reaction inlet and first regeneration gas inlet are respectively set on the top and bottom parts of the reactor main body. The side wall of the reactor main body comprises 2-31 product outlets. The side wall of the first reactant inlet (5) is higher than the side wall of the reactant outlet (8). A first reactor and a second reactor are set in the moving bed reactor and are connected with the raw material gas entering into the system connected with tee joint. The first and second reactors are provided with a first valve between the raw material gas entering into the system and the first reactor, and a second valve between the raw material gas entering into the system and the second reactor. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for operating the simulated moving bed reactor, comprising (a) allowing raw material gas to enter into the first reaction system, firstly opening a first valve, where a first section of the first reactor has catalyst bed layer, opening the first valve and a second valve, allowing to pass to a second section of catalyst bed layer from the first section of the first reactor, and (b) opening only the second valve, where the last section of the catalyst bed layer in the second reactor starts to work, regenerating the catalyst in the first reactor if the catalyst is deactivation, nitrogen sealing for future use, closing the second valve, opening the first valve for starting new set of reactions.
