摘要:为有效地对气流床煤气化细渣进行资源化利用,研究了高活性神华煤和低活性宁夏煤掺混气化细渣的燃烧特性,探究了煤粉掺烧气化细渣燃烧反应的协同机理。结果表明:煤粉中气化细渣添加量的增加会导致燃烧过程灰渣出现不同程度的熔融现象,表明气化细渣内Ca和Mg等碱金属降低混合样品的灰熔融温度。在非等温及空气气氛的燃烧条件下,宁夏煤粉/气化细渣质量比在85/15以下时,燃尽率随细渣添加量的增加而增大,燃烧反应活性指数可增至15.01%。灰渣中的CaO与MgO含量分别低于5.35%和2.43%时,在燃烧中会提升低活性宁夏煤粉和气化细渣的燃烧性能。当气化细渣添加量增至20%时,燃烧反应活性指数降低约13.03%。神华煤添加气化细渣则导致燃烧效率较原煤燃烧效率降低。当细渣添加量增大(大于20%)时,CaO与MgO含量进一步增加导致灰熔融温度降低,对低活性宁夏煤和高活性神华煤的燃烧反应有抑制作用。
In order to effectively utilize the resources of the entrained-flow-bed coal gasification fine slag,the combustion characteristics of the high activity Shenhua coal and low activity Ningxia coal mixed with the coal gasification fine slag have been investigated.Moreover,the synergistic mechanism of the combustion reaction of the pulverized coal mixed with the coal gasification fine slag has been further explored.The results show that the increase in the coal gasification fine slag in the pulverized coal leads to different degrees of the ash melting phenomenon,revealing that the alkali metals such as Ca and Mg in the coal gasification slag reduce the ash melting temperature of the mixed samples.In the conditions of the non-isothermal combustion and air atmosphere,the heating rate corresponding to 20 K/min,the maximum combustion temperature corresponding to 1000℃and the mass ratio of Ningxia pulverized coal to the coal gasification fine slag below 85/15,the burnout rate increases with the increasing fine slag addition and the combustion reactivity index increases to 15.01%.Moreover,when the content of CaO and MgO in the ash is lower than 5.35%and 2.43%respectively,the combustion performance of the low activity Ningxia pulverized coal and coal gasification fine slag improves.When the addition of the coal gasification fine slag increases to 20%,the combustion reactivity index decreases by 13.03%.The combustion efficiency of the Shenhua coal is lower than that of the raw coal after the addition of the coal gasification fine slag.In addition,when the addition of the fine slag increases(>20%),the content of CaO and MgO results in the decrease of ash melting temperature,which is capable of inhibiting the combustion reaction of the low activity Ningxia coal and the high activity Shenhua coal.
