摘要:二醋酸亚乙酯(EDA)裂解制醋酸乙烯(VAc)是由甲醇、合成气合成醋酸乙烯工艺的最后步骤。本文以均相裂解体系为研究对象,筛选出具有较好催化活性的苯磺酸催化剂;对反应过程所发生的副反应进行了分析,得出副反应的发生主要原因是由于反应体系内酸性中心和活泼的不饱和化学键的存在。提出了控制副反应发生的手段,如:反应原料中加入醋酐作为反应介质,且与EDA适宜的摩尔比为4/1;优选的反应温度范围为130~180℃;反应时间为30min;优选的反应器型式为反应精馏塔。同时在一多取样口的管式反应器内进行了动力学实验,得到了经验动力学方程:-dCEDAdt=7 008×1010exp-97169VAC1-JcEDAC0 502Kc(mol/m3·min)。RTC1
The cracking reaction from ethylidene diacetate (EDA)to vinyl acetate (VAc)is the key step in preparation vinyl acetate from methanol and syngas. Through the experimental study of ethylidene diacetate's homogeneous cracking reaction, anhydrous benzenesulfuric acid showed good catalysis activity. Because of the existence of acid center and active undersaturated bond in the reaction solution,the side reactions are unavoidable. Proper technological condition is proposed to control the side reactions,such as add acetic anhydride to the reactant solution,and the mole ratio of acetic anhydride to EDA is 4:1;the reaction temperature is controlled in the range of 130-180℃;the reaction time is less than 30 minutes;the suitable reactor is reactive distillation column. Otherwise, the reaction kinetics experiment was conducted on a tubular reactor equipped with multi-sampling tap equipment, and the kinetics equation was obtained as the following: -dC_(EDA)dt=7.008×10^(10)exp-97169RTC^(1.008)_(EDA)C^(0.502)_(VAC)1-JcKcmol/(m^3·min)
