摘要:NOVELTY - A rectangular pipe-shaped glass reactor (1) of length 3-10 times the width, has a liquid inlet opening (2) and a liquid outlet opening (3) connected through a feeding bottle by a pipeline. An inoculation opening (4) is formed at the bottom of the inlet port. Several ribs (6) of height 0.05-0.2cm are arranged at a spacing of 0.5-1cm at lower surface of the reactor. A gas mixer is connected to the feeding bottle by a separate pipeline. USE - Biological reactor system for in-vitro culturing of hematogenic cell which is a cell isolated from human or the cell derived from hemopoietic stem cell or cell of medulla (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The circulation or continuous perfusion culturing degree is realized and the homogeneity of culturing environment is maintained by controlling the oxygen partial pressure of the reactor.
