摘要：随着中国城镇化的快速发展,在“增量”到“存量”的发展趋势中乡村存在的矛盾日益显著,文章以福建晋江为例,引入“微更新”手段,以从点入面的方式,结合社会学关注村落社会群体的需求与矛盾,把握在地文化特征,整合建筑、植物景观、空间形式、民俗文化等多个方面,对当下新农村建设中传统村落更新与发展提出尝试性回应。
With the rapid development of urbanization in China, the contradiction of rural development has become increasingly prominent in the process of policy transition from "incremental expansion" to "stock development". This article takes Jinjiang as an example, a city in Fujian, to explore how to provide a better leverage, as start with the conservation and revitalization of local cultural resources. This practice of the microregeneration, integrating the local knowledge of architecture, planting, spatial form and culture into design, try to promote the fully revitalization of village communities and provide a positive case for many other traditional villages in China.
