摘要：轨道交通智能导向综合信息系统作为信息亭直接服务于广大乘客,对其交互设计的研究与探索对公共信息产品的开发设计有重要的意义.研究以交互界面为切入点、以用户需求为核心,通过对试行的上海轨道交通智能导向综合信息系统的界面、用户需求进行定性与定量的分析,从理解用户需求、综合利用系统、增加服务功能、加强视觉信息设计等方面提出可行的交互界面设计建议,为上海轨道交通智能导向综合信息系统的完善以及交互设计的发展做有益的探索.
As an information Kiosk, track traffic smart-oriented integrated information system serves the traveling public directly. It is significant to the development of public information and the research on interaction design. User needs is the core of design. Through analyzing the interface and the user needs of existing products qualitatively and quantitatively, a viable interface design proposal is put forward, which is achieved from understanding the user needs, comprehensive utilization system, increasing the service function and strengthening the visual information design. It aims to do useful exploration for the development of Shanghai track traffic smart-oriented integrated information system and interaction design.
