摘要:通过90,135,180℃下的热老化试验,并结合红外光谱、动态热机械分析及扫描电镜分析表征了玻璃纤维/乙烯基酯树脂复合材料热老化前后化学组成、玻璃化转变温度、储能模量和微观形貌的变化,研究了热老化过程中复合材料力学性能变化的原因并分析了复合材料的热老化机理。结果表明,不同温度条件下,玻璃纤维/乙烯基酯树脂复合材料的弯曲性能均呈现先上升再下降的趋势。热老化前期材料发生残余交联,交联密度变大,力学性能上升。随着热老化时间的增加,高分子链发生断裂,树脂基体热解且出现脱粘破坏,加速了热老化行为,导致力学性能下降明显。
By the thermal aging test at 90,135 and 180℃,with the combination of infrared spectroscopy,dynamic thermomechanical analysis and scanning electron microscopy,the changes of chemical composition,glass transition temperature(Tg),energy storage modulus and micromorphology of glass fiber reinforced vinyl ester resin composites before and after heat aging were analyzed and characterized.The reasons for the change of mechanical properties of composites during heat aging were studied,and the thermal aging mechanism of composites was analyzed.The results showed that under different temperature conditions,the flexural properties of glass fiber reinforced vinyl ester resin composites were increased firstly and then decreased.In the early stage of heat aging,residual crosslinking occurred and the cross-linking density was increased,therefore the mechanical properties were increased.With the heat aging time increasing,the polymer chain breaked and the resin matrix pyrolyzed and debonding damage occured,so the heat aging behavior was accelerated.The mechanical properties were decreased significantly.
