摘要:NOVELTY - A reaction system comprises a tubular furnace (9) and a four-hole alundum tube (10) fixed in the axial direction of the tubular furnace. A micro thermocouple (11) is inserted in the alundum tube which is provided with four inner holes (14-17). The tubular furnace is sealed at both ends by two heat insulation blocks (12). Four micro tubes (8) enter from one end of the tubular furnace into the four holes of the alundum tube, and extend from the other end of the tubular furnace to connect to four collection containers (13). USE - Micro reaction synthesizing and amplifying device for inorganic nanocrystalline. ADVANTAGE - Realizes improved synthesis of high-quality inorganic nanocrystalline in short time, while keeping whole synthesizing system simple and meeting requirement of flexible production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The device comprises at least two sampling systems, a micro-mixing system, the reaction system and the collection containers. Each sampling system is formed by connecting a liquid container (1) and a micro-flow injection pump (2), and is connected to a Y-type three-way unit (3) and the micro-mixing system via an outlet pipeline of the micro-flow injection pump. The micro-mixing system includes a magnetic force stirrer (5) sequentially connected to a micro liquid container (4) by a magnetic force micro bar (6). The top of the micro liquid container is connected to an inlet of a buffer cavity (7) which has four outlets connected to the four micro tubes that are connected to the reaction system.
