摘要:为了提高新烟碱类杀虫剂呋虫胺的利用率,基于光控释放技术,将呋虫胺(dinotefuran,以下简称DIN)与香豆素类光敏保护基团7-二乙基氨基香豆素(7-diethylamino coumarin,简称COU)相连,设计合成了以COU为“笼”的呋虫胺(coumarin-caged dinotefuran,简称COU-DIN)光控化合物。通过核磁共振波谱及高分辨质谱表征了其化学结构,并测试了其在420 nm蓝光和太阳光照条件下的光控释放性能、在水中的稳定性及其光控释放前后对苜蓿蚜Aphis craccivora、白纹伊蚊Aedes albopictus和东方黏虫Mythimna separate的杀虫活性。结果表明:COU-DIN在420 nm蓝光或太阳光照射下,可快速、高效、定时、定量地释放出呋虫胺,总释放率可达90%,且在水中稳定;COU-DIN在光照前后的杀虫活性差异明显,且光照后对上述3种害虫的LC50值与对照药剂呋虫胺相当。COU-DIN为呋虫胺的可控精准施用提供了新方法。
In order to improve the efficacy of dinotefuran,the coumarin-caged dinotefuran(COU-DIN),was designed and synthesized by coupling dinotefuran with the coumarin photoremovable protecting group 7-diethylamino coumarin(COU).The structure of COU-DIN was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(NMR)and high resolution mass spectrometry(HRMS).Then its photophysical properties,insecticidal activities against 3 pests including Aphis craccivora,Aedes albopictus and Mythimna separate,and stability to water were evaluated under 420 nm blue light and sunlight.The results showed that COU-DIN could be controlled by 420 nm blue light and sunlignt to release dinotefuran with a release rate of 90%efficiently,regularly and quantitatively,and COU-DIN was satble in water.In addition,the insecticidal activity of COU-DIN was singnificant different before and after illumination.And COU-DIN after illumination had equivalent potencies against the 3 pests above comparied to dinotefuran.These results demonstrated that COU-DIN had the potential as a novel photocontrolled delivery device for dinotefuran.
