摘要:用铁炭微电解—亚铁还原氧化法对含有以间二硝基苯、间硝基苯胺等物质为主的工艺废水进行预处理后,COD硝基苯、苯胺的去除率分别为70.9%、88.5%、50.5%。经过预处理的工艺废水再按一定的比例与轻污染废水混合,经兼氧生化、PAC-SBR处理后,可使废水的COD去除率达到92%,BOD5去除率达到98%,硝基苯类去除率达到97%,苯胺类去除率达到98%,挥发酚去除率达到99.6%,色度可从5.8万~10万倍减少至8倍。
Wastewater containing m-dinitrobenzene and m-nitroaniline has been pretreated by a combination tech-nique, i.e. Fe/C micro-electrolysis/Ferrite reducing &oxidation, and the removal efficiencies of COD, ni-trobenzene and aniline were 70.9%、88.5% and 50.5%respectively. Then the wastewater was mixed in cer-tain proportion with lightly polluted wastewater andtreated with anoxic-PAC-SBR process. The results showed that the removal efficiencies of COD, BOD5,nitrobenzene, aniline, and volatile phenol were 92%、98%、 97%、 98% and 99.6% respectively, and the colourindex of wastewater was decreased from 5.8~10 tenthousand times to 8 times.
