摘要：This paper explains factors which influence information system success within organization and outside organization and also it emphasizes on cross-organizational knowledge transfer. The results of this study shows effect of these factors and knowledge transfer. Especially, the effect of organizational culture and knowledge transfer can not be ignored. ?2010 IEEE.
