摘要：目的比较常见抗菌中药的凝集活性。方法选用盐-磷酸(PBS)、Tris-HCl、乙酸钠缓冲溶液提取20种常见抗菌中药的凝集素,测定各提取液对兔血红细胞的凝集作用。结果20种抗菌中药用不同pH的浸提液提取后表现不同的凝集活性,在3种不同pH的浸提取液中均具有较高凝集活性的有虎杖、山豆根、黄连、板蓝根。结论抗菌中药多数有较好的凝集活性,PBS对中药材中凝集素的提取具广谱性。
Objective To compare the hemagglutination activities of the extractions from antimicrobial Chinese herbs. Methods The hemagglutination activities of the extractions from PBS,Tris -HCl,NaAcetate buffer solutions of 20 kinds of antimicrobial Chinese herbs on rabbit erythrocyte were measured by Hemagglutination titers. Results The hemagglutination activities of these herbs were various in the three different buffer solutions;Furthermore, Rhizoma Polygoni Cuzpidati, Radix Puerariae, Rhizoma Coptidis and Radix Isatidis had high hemagglutination activities in the three different buffer solutions. Conclusion Most of antimicrobial Chinese have good hemagglutination activities;PBS can be used widely for the hemagglutination activities of the extractions from antimierobial Chinese herbs.
