摘要:以具有层间距为纳米级的蒙脱土粘土为原料,经锆交联处理以改善其水热稳定性,以此为载体在层间组装活性金属得到改性蒙脱土,考察了其对催化裂化汽油的脱硫作用。结果表明:锆交联蒙脱土(Zr-MMT)的室温容硫量达到4.05 mg/g,明显高于分子筛和活性炭类载体;所制备的负载活性金属银的脱硫剂,其室温脱硫效果比Zr-MMT提高了1倍,容硫量达到8.26 mg/g。
Montmorillonite(MMT), a clay with nanoscale layer-structure, was pillared with zirconium to improve its hydrothermal stability. The Zr-MMT was modified with active metal oxides. The desulfurization of catalytic gasoline was investigated. The adsorption content of sulfurates of Zr-MMT carrier material was 4.05 mg/g at room temperature. Zr-MMT carrier material modified by silver enhanced the adsorption content of sulfurates to 8.26 mg/g.
