摘要：为了调查图书馆所订期刊能否满足读者的使用需求,以华东理工大学为例,用定量分析的方法对该校师生在1999-2007年间在外文期刊发表论文的情况与引用外文期刊文献的情况进行了统计分析。将其结果与馆藏期刊对比研究不仅能够真实反映馆藏期刊的实际利用率,同时还能够为调整期刊的馆藏结构提供充分的依据,进而优化外文期刊馆藏建设。
For surveying whether recent periodicals meet readers' needs,the paper takes East China University of Science and Technology(ECUST)as an example and analyses the publication and citation conditions of foreign periodicals of teachers and students in ECUST between 1999-2007 with the quantitative analysis method.The analysis data could reflect the actual utilization ratio of periodicals collections,provide sufficient basis for adjusting periodicals collection structure and optimize the construction of the fore...
