摘要:本文采用加压微反—色谱—数据处理机联合装置及半自动定碳分析装置研究了在丝光沸石催化剂上甲苯歧化的结焦规律,得到了 Voorhies 的结焦量与反应时间的关系式。实验表明:催化剂活性随结焦量增加而降低,结焦量随粒径减小而增加,随反应时间、反应温度的增加而增加。程序升温脱附、比表面测定、x-衍射谱、电镜及定碳分析表明:丝光沸石催化剂失活原因为表面结焦,其结焦形式为表面结焦、多分子层复盖、孔道狭窄化并有部分微孔阻塞。
In this paper,the behavior of cake formation on mordenite catalyst for the vapor-phase disproportionation of toluene has been studied by using a micro -reactor under pressure connected to GC combination unit and a semi-automatic coke deposition analysis unit.The relation between the amount of coke deposited on the catalyst and the time on stream has been correlated.The coke depo- sited on the catalyst decreases catalyst activity while the amount of coke in- creases with the decreasing of particle diameter,and increasing of the time on stream and the reaction temperature. The causes of catalyst deactivation have been studied in terms of tempera- ture programmed desorption,X-ray diffraction,carbon deposition analysis, specific surface measurement and scanning electron microscope.It was found that the deactivation of the catalyst is caused by coke deposition on the cata- lyst surface,multilayer coverage,narrowing of catalyst pores and plugging of partial pores.
