摘要:通过试验研究和理论分析,提出了一种基于彩色CCD三基色的单色法,测量了气化炉火焰温度,并计算气化火焰二维温度场。采用了多个参考点,进而提高了计算的精确性。结果表明,使用此方法能有效地检测气化火焰的二维温度场分布,并正确地反映气化燃烧状况,对工业气化炉的运行具有一定的指导意义。
Based on experimental study results and theoretical analysis, a way of raising calculation accuracy is being suggested, which applies the tricolour based monochromatic method of mullticoloured CCD, and moreover by means of a certain number of reference points. The 2-dimensional temperature distribution of a flame, in a gasifier, was calculated by using measured date. The calculation results were moreover verified, which shows that by this method the 2- dimensional temperature distribution of a gasifying flame can effectively be determined and gasifying combustion conditions accurately reflected. This may serve as aguide for operating industrial entrained flow gasifiers.
