摘要：The real estate is the important pillar industry of the national economy, after Asian financial crisis, the real estate is one of the important motive force of expanding domestic demand,. With the sustained economic growth in recent years and the emergence of financial crisis, national policies in real-estate become a big concern among public. This paper is a brief analysis on the current situation of China's real-estate and related macro-control efforts, based on the introduction of industry policy, currency policy and land policy in the past few months. This paper also tries to come up with some countermeasures for the current dilemma. This paper introduces a series of macro-control policies in the real estate during financial crisis. It analysis current situation of China's real-estate and related macro-control efforts and Problems occurred in macro-control. Author tries to propose a solution for the current dilemma. Reform the systems of land-supplying, set up a more perfect ensuring housing system, change traditional ideas of house consumption and control speculative demands, give more support on transaction and developing links by reducing taxes, develop a multi-financing system for real-estate companies and so on.
