摘要:搭建了小型气流床水冷壁气化炉实验平台,进行水冷壁结渣实验,验证了“以渣抗渣”的思想,为气化炉水冷壁衬里的工业应用提供理论依据.研究了炉内火焰温度、壁温、循环水量等因素对渣的分布及形态的影响,以及渣层对水冷壁的保护作用.结果表明,熔渣对炉壁保护作用明显;循环水影响着水冷壁的正常运行;炉内温度及壁温是影响渣形态和渣分布的主要因素.
An experimental platform of entrained-flow gasifier with water wall was established to research slag deposit on water wall. The experimental results validate the idea of "the slag resists the slag", and are useful for the industrial application of water wall in gasifier. The slag deposited on water wall was investigated with the different temperature of flame, water wall and recycle water. The protection of slag on water wall was also investigated. The results showed that the protection of slag on water wall is significant, recycle water influences the operation of water wall, the temperature of flame and wall were the main factors to conformation and distribution of slag.
