摘要:研究了一种S-P-B-N型润滑油添加剂的制备方法。考察原料用量、反应温度及反应时间对加成反应的影响,确定了适宜的加成反应条件:环醚化合物与硫磷酸的摩尔比1.10~1.15,反应温度50℃,反应时间2.0 h;同时确立了硼化反应的最佳温度为100℃,而胺化反应的最佳温度为110~120℃。合成的S-P-B-N型添加剂具有良好的极压抗磨性、热稳定性、水解安定性及油溶性,并且铜腐蚀性低,适宜应用于液压油中。
This paper studied a preparing method of lubricating oil additive S-P-B-N type. The influencing factors for additive reaction such as amount of raw material, reaction temperature and reaction time were studied. The results showed that the favorable conditions of additive reaction were as follows: the mole rate of cycle ether compound and dialkylthiophosphoric acid was 1.10-1.15, reaction temperature was 50 ℃ and reaction time was 2.0 h. The proper temperatures of boronation and amination were 100 ℃ and 110-120 ℃ respectively. The lubricating oil additive S-P-B-N type synthesized had excellent extreme pressure antiwear, thermal stability, hydrolytic stability, oil solubility and low corrosive. The additive could applied to hydraulie oil.
