摘要：在固定流化床反应器中,考察了胜利渣油经热接触改质过程处理后的产物分布及改质效果。实验结果表明,该过程能够获得85%以上收率的液体产品,能够脱除绝大部分胶质、沥青、重金属,以及部分硫和氮。通过分析,对该过程的实质,如汽化、裂解和结焦等进行了研究。
Thermal contact upgrading of Shengli residue has been examined in a fluidized fix bed reactor. The product distribution and the upgrading effect of Shengli residue has been measured. The results show that the process gives a higher than 85% yield of liquid products, with most of the resin and asphaltene and some sulfur and nitrogen removed. The features of this process such as vaporization, cracking and coking etc. are studied with various analytical methods.
