摘要:利用交联-喷射法制备了一种新型的钙-壳聚糖(Ca-CS)复合材料,并将其应用于水中腐殖酸的吸附研究。利用FTIR、SEM和EDS对获得的Ca-CS进行了结构和形貌表征,讨论了不同Ca含量、溶液pH、接触时间、腐殖酸初始浓度对吸附的影响。实验数据表明,Ca-CS复合材料在pH 9时可有效吸附水中的腐殖酸,吸附达到平衡时间为280 min,最大吸附容量为955 mg/g。研究结果表明,本实验制备的Ca-CS复合材料对腐殖酸吸附容量大,吸附速率快,是一种去除废水中腐殖酸的良好吸附剂。
A novel calcium-chitosan(Ca-CS)composite was prepared by crosslinking-jet method and applied to the adsorption of humic acid from aqueous solution.The structure and morphology of Ca-CS composite were characterized by FTIR,SEM and EDS analysis.The effects of different Ca contents,pH,contact time and initial humic acid concentration on adsorbed humic acid were discussed.Experimental data showed that Ca-CS composite could effectively absorb humic acid in aqueous solution at pH 9,and the adsorption time to reach equilibrium was 280 min,with a maximum adsorption capacity of 955 mg/g.The results showed that the new Ca-CS composite was an efficient adsorbent for removing humic acid from wastewater due to its high adsorption capacity and fast adsorption rate.
