摘要：NOVELTY - A fluorinated alkyl-modified silicone oil (I) is new. USE - New fluorinated alkyl-modified silicone oil (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fluorinated alkyl-modified silicone oil has excellent thermal stability, surface tension and UV-permeability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A fluorinated alkyl-modified silicone oil of formula (I) is new. R1-R3,R5-R8,R10=linear or branched 1-20C alkyl or alkenyl; R4,R9=linear or branched 1-20C fluoroalkyl, in which at least one of ?CH2- or ?CH3- in R4 and R9 is replaced by -CF3, -CHF2, -CH2F, -CF2- or -CHF-; R11=linear or branched 1-10C alkyl; R12=H; a,b,d,e=0-100;and c,f=0-20.
