摘要:Poly(lactic-b-4-vinylpyridine) (PDLA-b-P4VP) was first synthesized by atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP), and then it was introduced into the surface of polylactic acid material through PLLA/PDLA stereocomplexation. After soaking in AgNO3 solution, the antibacterial polylactic acid material surface was obtained. The structures and properties of PDLA-b-P4VP, PLLA/PDLA-b-P4VP and PLLA/PDLA-b-P4VP/Ag were characterized by gel permeation chromatography, magnetic resonance spectroscopy, x-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry, x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscope and antibacterial experiment. The results showed that PDLA-b-P4VP block with different chain length were synthesized successfully and compounded on the surface of PLLA material by stereocomplexation, which made the thermal stability of the surface of the PLLA material improved. After soaking in AgNO3 solution, nano-silver was prepared through reducing Ag+ in situ and evenly dispersed on the surface of the PLLA material. After ultrasonic washing, a large amount of nano-silver remains, and the antibacterial rate of the surface of the material against E. coli reaches 100%, which had a strong antibacterial effect.
