摘要:根据球形分子模型,采用特性粘度法和密度法计算了渣油亚组分(沥青质、胶质、芳香分)分子的颗粒直径;构筑了渣油中沥青质胶粒(胶团)模型,并据此计算了沥青质胶团颗粒尺寸。结果表明,采用特性粘度法,溶剂胶溶性对测定沥青质大分子颗粒直径有影响,以甲基萘和苯为溶剂测定特性牯度,关联出的沥青质分子颗粒直径分别为3.52~4.34nm和3.93~4.96nm。采用密度法计算得到的沥青质分子颗粒直径为2.39~2.79nm。大分子缔合作用对测定分子颗粒尺寸有影响。采用两种方法计算胶质、芳香分小分子颗粒直径均不受影响,分别约为1.60nm和1.25nm。渣油亚组分构成的胶团颗粒随着加氢处理深度的增加呈变小的趋势,73、3%质量分数的沥青质大分子转化成小分子。
According to spherical molecular model, the molecular sizes of sub fractions in residues were calculated by special viscosity and density methods, and the micellar particle model for asphaltene in residue was built. It was shown that the peptization of solvent affected the determination of molecular size of asphaltene with special viscosity method. The molecular sizes of asphaltene calculated by viscosity in methyl naphthalene and benzene solvents were 3.52-4.34 nm and 3.93-4.96 nm, respectively. However, the molecular sizes of asphaltene was about 2. 39 - 2. 79 nm calculated by density method. Macro-molecular polymerization affected the determination of molecular size. The sizes of small molecules, such as resin and aromatics molecules with the size of about 1.60nm and 1.25 nm respectively were not affected. The micellar particle size in sub fractions of hydrotreated residue decreased with the hydrotreating degree, and about 73.3% mass fraction of asphaltene was converted into resin and oil fractions.
