摘要：基于研究和开发费用支出的溢出效应理论,本文建立了载人航天产业前向和后向科技费用支出流量系数模型,并据此计算了上海载人航天产业的受益者效应和贡献者效应。结果表明:上海载人航天产业受益者效应的载体主要是航天产业本身,贡献者效应较明显的部门包括运输和仓储业、第三产业。
The paper establishes a spaceflight forward and backward industry science and technology expenditure flow factor-model,and measures manned spaceflight industry benefiting effects and benefactor effects.The result shows the benefiting effects of Shanghai manned spaceflight mainly comes from spaceflight industry itself,and the obvious benefactor industries including transportation,store ware industry,third industry.
