摘要:介绍了一种基于CAN总线和DSP芯片2812的汽车空调压缩机参数采集系统。CAN总线具有结构灵活简单、可靠性高、适应性好等优点。系统利用2812自带功能强大的12位ADC模块和eCAN总线控制器精确的对目标参数进行采集,并通过CAN总线与上位机实现了数据通信,利用上位机强大的数据处理能力,实现了压缩机参数检测、分析、数据记录、检索等功能。
A data acquisition system of compressor which is based on CAN bus and DSP 2812 is presented.The CAN bus have integrate specialty of flexible and simple structure,high reliability,good adaptability.We use the 2812 DSP which has the modules of ADC and eCAN to acquire data from target system and communicate with the host computer.This system can make use of the strong data processing ability of computer to realize the function of compressor's data acquisition,analysis,data record,automatic searching.
