摘要: 采用纳米级SiO2改性氯化聚乙烯(CPE),探讨了SiO2用量、表面处理方法、加工工艺等因素对改性CPE力学性能的影响。通过机械共混制备了CPE/SiO2共混材料,性能测试表明:改性后CPE的硬度、300%定伸应力、断裂伸长率、拉伸强度等力学性能均有较大的提高。
Influence of inorganic rigid particles (nanoSiO2) on the mechanical properties of CPE was studied. The chlorinated polyethylene elastomer (CPE) was made by chlorination of PE, and it was a kind of special synthesize rubber with excellent properties and wide applications. CPE/nanometer particles composites had been developed based on CPE blended with nanometer particles (nanoSiO2). The effects of different content of particles, surface process methods and machining technology on the CPE/ SiO2 blend were separately discussed. The results indicat that the hardness, 300% stress, elongation at break and tensile strength of CPE/SiO2 blend are enhanced after surface processing of the nanoSiO2. In addition, for nanoSiO2, the particles decentralization and the tensile strength of the composition which made by internal mixer are better than by open mill.
