摘要:分别以碳酸铵和氨水为沉淀剂,硅溶胶为载体,采用沉淀沉积法制备了Cu/SiO2(wCu=0.20)催化剂。其中以氨水为沉淀剂通过均匀蒸氨沉淀沉积法制得的催化剂具有较高的草酸二甲酯加氢活性。通过XRD、FT-IR、热重(TG)等分析,证实了催化剂前体是一种具有矿物硅孔雀石结构的物质,它具有较高的热稳定性和低温催化活性。通过热分析和不同焙烧温度对催化剂活性的影响,得出具有硅孔雀石结构的催化剂前体在450°C焙烧后进行还原,具有较高的活性组分分散度和Cu2O含量,因而对草酸二甲酯加氢反应有较高的活性。
Silica-supported copper-based catalysts were prepared by means of homogeneous deposition-precipitation of the mixture of aqueous cuprammonia complex and silica sol, accompanied by heating to (remove) ammonia. Then the precipitate was washed, dried and calcinated under different temperature. Characterization of the catalyst precursor by X-ray diffraction(XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), and Thermogravimetry(TG) indicated the formation of a highly dispersed copper hydrosilicate with structural properties similar to the mineral chrysocolla. As comparion, (NH_4)_2CO_3 was used as precipitant to prepare the catalyst by adding the (NH_4)_2CO_3 and Cu(NO_3)_2·3H_2O solution to silica sol simultaneously. The former had high activity for hydrogenation of dimethyl oxalate at the same conditions. Thermal analysis and calcination of the former catalyst at different temperature showed that the precursor calcined at 450 °C had higher Cu_2O content and better dispersion, thus had higher activity.
