摘要:草酸钴是制备钴粉或者氧化钴的主要原料。以硫酸钴、草酸铵、草酸为原料,采用液相沉淀法制备草酸钴粉体。研究了沉淀剂、加料方式、反应温度、反应物浓度等对制备草酸钴粉体粒度和产率的影响。研究结果表明:用草酸铵作沉淀剂,反应温度为50℃时,将草酸铵固体迅速加入到硫酸钴溶液中(固-液加料方式),可得到粒度均匀、粒径为1.1μm的超细草酸钴;而采用草酸铵溶液加入到硫酸钴溶液中(液-液加料方式),草酸钴产率可高达99.6%,但粒度较大。
Cobalt oxalate powder is the main raw material for preparation of cobalt powder and cobalt oxide. The cobalt oxalate powder was synthesized by liquid - phase precipitation process with COSO4, ( NH4 ) 2C2O4 and H2C2O4 as raw materials. The effect of different process conditions, such as the precipitators, the feeding methods, reacting temperature and reactant concentration etc. on the particle size and yield of CoC2O4 were studied. The result indicated that using ( NH4 )2C2O4 as a precipitator, uniform CoC2O4 with the particle size of 1.1 μm could be prepared at 50 ℃ through a solid - liquid feeding way [ i. e. rapidly adding solid ( NH4 ) 2 C2O4 into liquid CoSO4 solution. ]. Whereas, the larger particles of CoC2O4 with a yield of 99.6% could be synthesized at 50 ℃ through a liquid - liquid feeding way[ i. e. adding ( NH4 ) 2C2O4 solution into liquid CoSO4 solution. ].
