摘要:以硝酸盐-尿素为反应体系,采用低温燃烧法(LCS)制备了YAl1-xCrxO3红色陶瓷颜料。通过研究硝酸盐与尿素的摩尔比、溶液pH值、加热温度等主要工艺参数,得出了凝胶形成的最佳条件,并进一步研究了煅烧温度对YAl1-xCrxO3红色陶瓷颜料形成的影响及颜料的呈色机理。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、分光测色仪对颜料粉体进行了表征。结果表明:与固相反应法及共沉淀法比较,低温燃烧法可在较低温度(1100℃)下合成单相的YAlO3。
YAl1-xCrxO3 red ceramic pigment from the system of nitrates-urea mixture was synthesized by the low temperature combustion method(LCS) for the first time.Studying the main process parameters,the molar ratio between nitrates and urea,the solution pH and heating temperature,i.e.the best conditions for making the gel,were obtained.Furthermore,the effect of the calcining temperature on the synthesis of YAl1-xCrxO3 red ceramic pigment and the chromatic mechanism of the red pigment were studied.The pigment powders were characterized by using XRD,SEM and color spectrometer.The results showed that single phase YAlO3 was prepared by the LCS at a relatively low temperature(1100℃),compared with the solid state reaction and the co-precipitation synthesis methods.
