摘要:在肌苷发酵过程中向培养基中添加葡萄糖酸钙,研究其对葡萄糖代谢途径中关键酶酶活力和肌苷合成的影响,结果显示适量的葡萄糖酸钙能提高6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶和葡萄糖激酶的酶活力,促进肌苷的合成。
Calcium gluconate was added into the culture medium in the process of inosine fermentation. Its effect on key enzyme activities of glucose metabolism and inosine synthesis was studied. The result showed that calcium gluconate could enhance the activities of both glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and glucokinase, and stimulate the inosine biosynthesis.
