摘要:NOVELTY - The device has a test bench including a direct current (DC) boiler (1), a steam-water separator (2), an energy storage container (3) and a safety valve test container (4). A bottom part of the test container is provided with four valves (17-20). A large-caliber adjusting valve (7) is connected with a small diameter valve (8) in a parallel manner. A safety valve (12) is connected with an isolation valve (10) that is connected with a small-caliber ball valve (11). A device main body is provided with a quantity simulating piece. Scanning period of the quantity simulating piece is less than 10 ms. USE - Safety valve state machinery property testing device. ADVANTAGE - The device has high processing precision, strong safety performance and high automation degree, and effectively realizes safety valve frequency hopping process and safety valve state machinery property testing process.
